We offer flat rate shipping to many countries around the world. If you are local, we offer flat rate courier delivery to our local customers here in Australia. If you are even more local, you are very welcome to pick up your Stair/Ladder from our factory on the Central Coast of NSW.

Use our online configurator/product builder or quote form: Quote Page. Provide your floor-to-floor height, run length, and images/sketches of the installation space. A custom quote will then be prepared for you. When you are ready to order: 1. Review and approve/sign your quote document that you have received in an email. 2. Follow document link to pay a 50% deposit. 3. Receive Technical Drawings for approval (revisions included). 4. Once approved, production begins, and you will be informed of the estimated production due date. 5. Balance invoice will be due before dispatch. 6. Your order is packed and shipped via DHL Express.
